Workshop – Green Sleeve & Goals of Care

This is the 6th of 7 in our Life Steps Workshops.  It is FREE, but we ask you register to give us an idea how many will be attending and to purchase snacks.  All of our workshops are open to everyone; seniors, those with aging parents, or those that want to learn more.

Green Sleeve & Goals of Care – Presented by Jennifer Gauthier of Alberta Health Services.
The Green Sleeve serves as a “medical passport” for patients. It contains documents that outline their healthcare wishes and goals. It ensures that all healthcare providers, regardless of setting, have access to a patient’s goals of care and interventional guidelines. Join us and get a better understanding.
